I think Spring has finally sprung this week, the temperatures have risen a little, and it's been sunny and dry nearly all week.

Hello everyone,

HOLD THE FRONT PAGE ... or at least the microphone ... tomorrow Radio Suffolk will be popping in to record a piece for their show. 

Due to popular demand, we will have Pancakes again this week ~ lemon and sugar, maple syrup, chocolate sauce .... mmmm .... mmmm .... mmmm .... come and try them, they're delicious.  See further down for more yummy refreshments.

How about a lovely piece of Suffolk Lamb for Sunday lunch?   And for desert .... bakewell tarts or apple crumble tarts.

Due to work starting on the Town Hall windows, next week the market will move down to the New Room, it will still be Business As Usual, 9.30 - 12.30.

All the vegetables David uses in his soup are home-grown.  Last week's varieties were Carrot & Coriander, Squash & Cumin, Leek & Potato, Broccili & Stilton and prices range from £1.80 - £2.30 for a 520ml (approx 1 pint) pot.  Last week Broccili & Stilton was the most popular variety ... which one will you try?
