Hello,
We're in the Town Hall again this week, so pop in say Hello, stay for a while, have a cup of tea and some home-made refreshments.
Do you listen to Mark Murphy's Breakfast Show on Radio Suffolk? This week he's been championing Suffolk Rusks. If you've never tried them, they are really delicious with a cup of tea, and some people like to eat them with a slice of cheese on top. There will be Suffolk Rusks at market this week, so come and try them, see what you think.
Along with Suffolk Rusks, there will also be:
Coffee & walnut cake ~ Marmalade Cakes ~ Coffee Cup Cakes ~ Carrot Cake and Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Icing ~ Lemon Tart ~ Almond & Prune Tart ~ Pecan Pies ~ Cheese Straws ~ Crunchy Top Lemon Cakes ~ Chocolate Chip & Almond Cake ~ Butter Shortbread ~ Plain Swiss Roll with Jam filling ~ Chocolate Swiss Roll with Buttercream filling
Beef Lasagne ~ Cottage Pie ~ Quiches ~ Scotch Eggs ~ Chicken & Local Gammon Pie.
Tracy will be there with her wonderful wool. Her sheep are all busy lambing at the moment - read about it on Tracy's blog here and see the sheep that produce all the lovely wool.
So, along with Free-range eggs, vegetables, preserves and crafts, we have another full market this week .
See you tomorrow
Jenny
