Saturday 28th November

There are only 4 Saturdays left before Christmas.   I don't know where the last two months have gone (it's a sign of old age or so I'm told).

On December 12th we have the Leiston Bell Ringers coming to ring their bells!  Come and share in the Christmas spirit with us.

To tempt you this week we have :

Gammon/bacon steaks from Teresa at Snape Crown (next week Crag Farm Beef ).
What do you get if you cross a pig and an axe? ..... Pork chops - the latest joke from my 10 year old son.

Potatoes, Onions, Shallots, Spinach, Chard, Pak Choi, Salad Leaves, Squash, Carrot, Beetroot, Turnips

Leek and Potato Soup, Carrot and Coriander Soup, Beef Crumble, Beef Lasagne, Cottage Pie, Quiche Lorraine, Sausage Rolls

Gingerbread, Lemon Cake, Fruit Cake, Mini Loaves(lemon, gingerbread, fruit), Victoria Sandwich, Ginger Buns, Crunchy Lemon Cakes, Butter Shortbread, Butter Flapjacks, Mince Pies, Coffee & Walnut Cake

Chris will be up early to make all his delicious bread

Mincemeat, Christmas Puddings, Pickles, Chutneys - all sorts of lovely Christmassy flavours.

This Christmas we are offering make-your-own hampers.  Choose a few items you would like to give as a present and for a small fee we can package them in a hamper and cover in cellophane, ready for you to give.  Talk to any of the producers for more information.

Festive bunting, Zipped purses (great for a small present in a Christmas card) - they hold money, make-up, travelling jewellery case - all sorts of uses

Wheat bags and Lavender bags - have you smelt them?  They're gorgeous.

Slippers, socks, striped mittens, scarfs, hats - everything you need to keep warm now the colder weather is upon us - my car had the frost warning light on this evening.

Lovely little cardigans and jackets for little ones.

Lots on offer, we look forward to seeing you

Jenny
